Boston in Sub-Zero Temperatures
On a freezing Boston day at -10°C, I visited this newly opened Cantonese restaurant—and it was truly comforting! 🐔🥥 Coconut Chicken Fresh coconuts are cracked open right at the table, with coconut water and meat added directly to the pot—the broth is naturally sweet and warming! The chicken is tender and fresh, and the soup stays clear and clean after cooking. I drank seven bowls of this soup ❄️—drove away the winter chill! You can also add greens and mushrooms to simmer, making it even more delightful! 🦞 Lobster Sticky Rice Generous portion, enough for 3–4 people! The sticky rice is soft yet chewy, soaked in the savory essence of lobster and the rich aroma of Chinese sausage—moist, fragrant, and deeply satisfying. 🦆 Peking Duck Though not entirely authentic, it certainly hits the spot! Crispy skin without greasiness, flavorful meat—we finished the whole plate! 🥟 Dim Sum They have a dedicated dim sum chef making fresh items on-site—nothing tastes pre-made! Highly recommend the siu mai: plump, with minimal fat and generous filling—every bite is super satisfying! ✅ No need to trek to Chinatown anymore—parking here is convenient, and the menu is incredibly diverse: dim sum, fish maw chicken soup, coconut chicken, pork stomach chicken, classic Cantonese stir-fries… One restaurant satisfies all cravings! Perfect for someone like me who wants to try a bit of everything~ — 🌟 Jumbo Seafood (New Location) #BostonFoodExploration #BostonFood #BostonFoodReview #BostonLife #BostonCoconutChicken
