Boston Japanese Cuisine: Fuji at Ink Block
💕This Japanese restaurant is more of a fusion style overall. 💕The wagyu fried rice is worth a try, with the added texture of fish roe and the rice not being too greasy. The lobster pasta has a rich cream sauce and the lobster meat is tender. The foie gras steamed egg is at a normal level, the steamed egg is very soft, and it’s recommended to order one per person. 💕My favorites are the sushi rolls and nigiri; I think any sushi roll from this place is delicious (I ordered the Miss Waldorf), and they all have a rich texture (maybe I’m just a sushi enthusiast). 💕They also have many light appetizers that are refreshing, and for those who love salmon, you might want to try the salmon wonton chip. 💕The Ink Block location is all about atmosphere; if you’re looking for a nice ambiance, this Ink Block location is a good choice. The surrounding Ink Block area is also great, with a Whole Foods nearby that you can visit after dinner. 💕I visited for dinner, and they also have a lunch menu with more sushi sets available. #BostonFood #BostonRestaurantHunting #BostonJapaneseCuisine #USA #BostonLife #JapaneseFood
