📍 Oleana, Cambridge 🔥 A highly-rated Mediterranean restaurant, I spontaneously decided to visit Oleana. Without a reservation, I walked in right when they opened at 5:30 p.m. on a Friday. 🌟 Appetizer: Spanakopita Phyllo dough filled with basil and kale. It has a unique flavor, with the vegetables baked to a dry, aromatic crisp. I'd suggest not eating too much bread—it can be filling! 😄 🌟 Mushroom Borek Flaky pastry with mushrooms. The accompanying sauce is a great match, and I love the combination of roasted vegetables. +1 for this! 🌟 The Star of the Show: Sultan’s Delight 💯 The beef is perfectly tender and flavorful! The eggplant puree on the side is also exceptional—truly a top-notch dish! 🌟 Quail The quail with grilled rice is very fragrant. It's a unique way to enjoy quail, and the grilled flavors are delightful. 🌟 Lamb Stew (Pastilla) Be cautious if you’re not a fan of goat cheese, as it has a strong flavor reminiscent of Costco’s lamb chops.
