Boston Rainy Day Cafés 10/100 ☕️🌧
Faro Café 📍 5 Arrow St, Cambridge, MA 02138 💻 Laptop-free → My absolute favorite in Cambridge! Nothing has topped it for me yet. (But fair warning – it’s almost always packed! 😅) L.A. Burdick Handmade Chocolates 📍 52 Brattle St, Cambridge, MA 02138 🍫 Their hot chocolate is a must-try! Pair it with an adorable mouse-shaped chocolate – so cute 🐭. Perfect gift to bring back home too! Rite Tea & Whisky Bar 📍 525 Western Ave #6, Brighton, MA 02135 🍹 Somehow there’s always a spot for me here – so lucky! Great place to get work done 💻 (everyone’s on their laptop). Can’t wait for warmer weather though – their Speedway patio is perfect outdoors! Elmendorf Baking Supplies & Cafe 📍 594 Cambridge St, Cambridge, MA 02141 🧁 A tiny shop packed with baking supplies and grains, with just a few tables squeezed in. Surprisingly cozy and safe 🥰 – plus strong AC! They sell stone-milled flour in-house, and all pastries & bread are made with their own flour. I only planned a quick stop but ended up staying due to a sudden downpour 🌧… Ordered a Honey Lavender Fog (after two coffees, needed something lighter 🍯💜) – perfect for zoning out while waiting for the rain to stop. Spring in New England = unpredictable showers 🌦… Sunny days are rare these next two weeks. But that won’t stop me from going out to recharge! Anyone else love going out alone but also love being around people? ✨ There’s something about stealing good energy from a cozy space that keeps me going another week. Rainy days can be gloomy… but little cafés with warm lights, the scent of lavender and chocolate swirling in the air – that’s what brings me back to life. 🌼🫖 #Boston #StudyInBoston #BostonEats #BostonFood #FoodDiary #StudentLife #StudyAbroad #EatLikeALocal #NALife
