No cloying sweetness—managed to finish every bite (a rarity for me with desserts). Short Rib Hash: 🥩 Braised short rib mixed with red peppers, seasoned with a hint of Mexican-inspired spice. Tender, flavorful, and more interesting than the steak dish. Sirloin with Eggs Benedict: 🥩🍳 A classic brunch combo: char-grilled sirloin (surprisingly tender, not tough) stacked with a runny egg. The real MVP? The side potatoes—crispy-skinned, fluffy inside. 😐 The “Meh” Beef Tartare: 🥩 Olive oil-heavy on its own, but better when spread on bread with dijon sauce (tastes like mayo). Texturally similar to sashimi—easy to like, but not memorable. Arugula with Fried Duck Egg: 🥬 Just arugula, cheese, truffle vinegar, and a fried egg. Bland, overshadowed by the tartare. Vanilla Pudding: 🍮 Strange, artificial sweetness with a creamy texture. The accompanying cookies were good, but the pudding itself?
