Boston Seafood Restaurant | The Banks Fish House 🦞

After shopping on Newbury, we dropped by for some seafood. It wasn’t too crowded on Saturday night, about a third of the seats were taken on both floors. We sat on the second floor, where each table had a candle, creating a quiet atmosphere perfect for sipping wine and chatting leisurely. Shrimp Cocktail Huge, tender shrimp that are so satisfying with a dip in the sauce. 🍤😋 Clam Chowder Just the usual clam chowder taste, nothing out of the ordinary. 🥣 Tuna Tartare The accompanying crackers are mysteriously crispy and aromatic! 🐟🥳 The Banks Lobster Bake Includes a whole lobster, plus mussels and clams, with some potatoes and corn stewed together. 🦐🌽 Onion Rings I’ve never seen such large onion rings before; one ring is as big as a piece of bread. I was afraid to eat too many in case I got full. Too much for one star, haha! onions😂 I can’t remember what kind of wine we ordered. One seemed to be a Riesling, quite average, and the other was a red wine mixed with pomegranate juice, which had a strong kick but wasn’t sweet enough. 🍷🥴 #boston #BostonLife #SeafoodRestaurant #Seafood
