The Church of All Saints (Chiesa di San Salvatore in Ognissanti) near Florence's train station is a rare free attraction. According to Giorgio Vasari's "Lives of the Artists," Botticelli painted "Saint Augustine" for the church and was later buried here, next to his muse, 😀😀😀 Simonetta. Simonetta's beauty was renowned in Florence at the time, but unfortunately, she died young at the age of 22.
