Braved the heavy rain to eat Thai food and ended up being impressed

📍Noi Thai Cuisine It was raining all day yesterday, and I didn’t feel like going out, but the gift card I bought at Costco last year was feeling pretty neglected. On my teammate’s suggestion, we decided to give it a try. 🌟Personally, I think Seattle has quite a few delicious Thai restaurants, like Kin Len Thai, Isarn Thai, and Fern Thai. Each place has a dish or two that I’d love to eat again. What’s special about this place is the appetizers: one is a mousseline with tom yum flavor and fish roe in an eggshell, and the other is dried shrimp, onion, bird’s eye chili, peanuts, wrapped in betel leaves, with a touch of sweet chili sauce, giving it a bit of an authentic feel. 🌟For the main course, we ordered coconut curry rice and lobster pad thai, which were pretty standard. #ThaiCuisine #TreasureRestaurantShare #RestaurantRecommendation #WeeklyFoodCheckIn #EnjoyingFoodLife #Seattle #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #SeattleFoodShare #SeattleWeekend
