Found pure happiness at Bread, Espresso & in Redondo Beach! ❤️ Came on the weekend hoping to try their brunch menu, but thanks to my slow morning, I arrived around 2:30 PM… 😅 Brunch hours are from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, so if you want their famous toast platter, make sure to come earlier—don’t be like me! ⏰ This popular bakery originally came from Japan, and as we all know, the Japanese truly master the art of bread-making! 🥐 Their signature “Mou” toast—soft little square loaves—is so delicious, it left me speechless! 😭🍞 They even have unique flavors like edamame × bacon! The toast itself is incredibly fluffy, buttery, and has a subtle savory taste— so good you don’t even need butter or jam! Also, their egg toast is absolutely fantastic 👌 Though the Earl Grey pineapple bun was just okay— I’d say their savory options beat the sweet ones here! Oh, and I also ordered a tiramisu latte… and OMG, it was heavenly! ☕️✨ Rich tiramisu flavor that just lifted my mood to the top! Weekends are meant to be spent in cozy little spots like this— enjoying delicious bread and coffee by the beach, then taking a relaxing seaside stroll 🌤️ This area is also super close to Torrance, where you can explore tons of cute Japanese shops!
