đš If youâre visiting Lake Arrowhead, you canât miss this cliffside gemâHortenciaâs at the Cliffhanger! Itâs located along Highway 18, about a 10-minute drive from the lake. đŻ This Mexican spot was pretty chill when we arrived around 11:30 AM on a Saturday. Parking was easy right outside. Outdoor seating wasnât open yet when we got thereâit starts around noon, so plan accordingly if you want those fresh-air views! The elevation offers stunning sceneryđđťâyou can see nearby mountains and distant cityscapes. Even if you sit inside, try to grab a window seat! đŽ Pork Taco â $4.99 each Filled with pork, onion, cilantro, and salsaâyour choice of hard or soft shell. I liked the hard shell for the crunch! Itâs a solid taco, but keep expectations neutral. đŽ Seafood Taco â $6.99 each We tried the lobster versionâhighly recommend!đđť Packed with cabbage, tomato, cilantro, onion⌠so loaded, stuff kept falling out with every bite đ đŻ Chorizo and Egg Burrito â $12.99 Huge portionâeasily feeds two! Contains spicy chorizo, scrambled eggs, and rice. Not a fan of burritos with rice/beans myself, and the flavor was just okay. Not a must-try. â đĽ Fajitas â We saw other tables order this sizzling skilletâlooked delicious! Overall, itâs a good experience: big portions, fair prices, but the food is pretty standard (especially if youâre not huge on Mexican cuisine). Go for the viewsâtheyâre the real highlight! đ If youâre heading to Lake Arrowhead, definitely add this to your itinerary! đ Like this post?
