Brunch with a View of the Snow-Capped Mountains

You can enjoy your meal while listening to the sound of a stream, gazing at the snow-capped mountains, and basking in the sun. The food was fantastic. Here's what we ordered:🏔️ 1️⃣ Chicken & Almonds: The fried chicken cutlet with a refreshing sauce was a standout. Highly recommended! 2️⃣ Sourdough & Salmon: The salmon was decent, nothing too extraordinary. 3️⃣ Kangzhong Katsu Sando: The pork cutlet sandwich was delicious and highly recommended. 4️⃣ Pastrami & Gribiche: The smoked beef was good, though the bread was a bit hard. 5️⃣ Tiramisu Tart: The tiramisu was perfectly sweet, not overly so. Highly recommended! 6️⃣ Pistachio Croissant: The croissant was flaky on the outside🥐 and soft on the inside, with a delightful pistachio flavor. Highly recommended! 7️⃣ Hot Chocolate & Flat White: The coffee was said to be the best in town, and the hot chocolate was the best I've had in Switzerland. Highly recommended! Everything we tried was great, with no disappointments.🏔️ The weather was perfect, allowing us to enjoy our meal while taking in the stunning views of the Matterhorn.
