Budapestđđș | Georgian Restaurant Hachapuri
After work, I went to a highly-rated Georgian restaurant đŹđȘ with my Hungarian colleagues. The restaurantâs name is quite interesting â itâs called Hachapuri , which is said to mean something like a âbread boat.â Naturally, this is also their signature dish. đ« Freshly baked and served right away, it sizzles with a rich, milky aroma. The cheese, toasted to a crispy perfection, pairs perfectly with the wheat fragrance of the bread â itâs simply amazing! đ The Caucasus region is famous for its grilled dishes, and this place doesnât disappoint. Whether itâs grilled chicken, beef, or lamb, every option is delicious. Even if you donât speak the language, the menu is easy to understand with pictures. Their portions are quite large, so be careful not to order too much. â€ïž My personal favorite is the appetizer platter. With a variety of dips, itâs great to enjoy on its own or with bread. The inclusion of parsleyđż and mint leavesđ gives it a refreshing taste, perfect for summer. Another signature dish is their soup dumplings. Although the skin is a bit thicker than those back home, the broth and filling are still very flavorful. Georgia is renowned for its wines, so you must try their local wineđ· when you visit. One bite of food and a sip of wine đž â itâs incredibly refreshing! đ·ïž Hachapuri #Hungary #GeorgianCuisine #OverseasLife #Travel #NoteInspiration #RestaurantReview #Recommendations #Budapest #Foodie
