Budapest 🇭🇺 Michelin One-Star Rumour 🌟 Super Delicious 😋
Rumour by Racz Jeno , the Hungarian version of "Taianmen," is a Michelin one-star🌟 restaurant in Budapest. The chef previously worked at Taianmen in Shanghai. 👨🍳 It's a hidden gem within a dessert shop. The entrance is quite discreet. Once you push the door open, you'll find a whole new world inside. There are two seatings per night, and I booked the first round from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The dishes are full of creativity with vibrant color combinations. ❤️ The restaurant has a red-themed decor, an open kitchen, and a chef table setup, offering diners an immersive experience of Hungarian cuisine. The presentation of the appetizers is stunning. The second dish, a potato dish with a tangy flavor, has a rich texture. By the fourth course, the chef recommended adding black truffle, playing the classic trick of letting everyone smell its aroma. Hahaha, only a few people opted for it. The dish was a feast for the eyes, nose, and taste buds. The foie gras was incredibly rich and delicious – I loved it!!! For the main course, the choice of cutlery was impressive – a beautiful, translucent purple knife. So elegant! 🔪 There was also a fortune cat 🐱 on the table. The chef must have picked up some Chinese customs during his time in Shanghai. The placement of the cat was spot-on, with good feng shui. The restaurant was packed, with all twenty seats filled. The value for money was outstanding, outshining many Michelin restaurants back home. #MichelinRestaurantReview #MichelinOneStar #RestaurantRecommendation #HiddenGems #HungarianCuisine #BudapestCuisine #BudapestRestaurantReview
