Budapest Food | Circus Brunch 🎪
The Hungarian word “Cirkusz” means “circus.” First, you have to queue up; reservations are not available, and it’s always very crowded. It always feels like standing in line at the entrance is a permanent wait… After being seated, the noise level was extremely high due to the large number of people. The serving speed was still acceptable. The coffee art was also very nice. We ordered several dishes and shared them among us. 🔸Pulled Pork Benedict It’s indeed a favorite for many, and the taste was very good. It might get a bit salty towards the end, but it doesn’t affect its deliciousness. 🔸Guacamole Toast 🥑 The guacamole was abundant, providing a full mouthful with each bite. It’s quite filling as you eat it. 🔸Waffle with Belgian chocolate, berries The taste wasn’t very impressive. But when served hot, the texture was also quite good. 🔸Granola bowl A yogurt and fruit platter, which, in my understanding, is a “dessert medley.” The taste was good, and the fruits were quite fresh. However, I rarely order this dish at restaurants because it’s easy enough to make at home, even for those who aren’t skilled in the kitchen. I’ve noticed that my taste hasn’t changed; I’m very consistent. #Budapest #BudapestFood #Hungary #BudapestBrunch #Brunch #WeekendBrunch #FoodExploration #HungarianFood #FoodDrinkPlay .
