Recommended apps: Uber (rides + food), Google Maps, Airbnb/Booking, Google Translate. Packing tips π βοΈ Flights Flew from Shanghai β Tokyo (Hanedan, no transit visa) β Honolulu. Book early! I paid Β₯9,000 (booked 1 month ahead), but early birds got tickets for Β₯7,000+. π Transportation Uber: Easy & convenient (link credit card). Local bus: Doesnβt take credit cards β use cash or get a Holo card (sold at ABC Stores). π Budget tip: Take the bus for island hopping! DAY 3: π Ala Moana Center (Free) β Went shopping after a conference. Huge mall with sky bridges, live performances β so lively! ποΈπ€ DAY 4: π Diamond Head ($5) β An easy hike up a dormant volcano π. Totally worth it! DAY 5: π Big Island (Flight: Β₯1,300 | Tour: Β₯2,200 β round trip same day) Flew Honolulu β Kona (1 hr). Took a dream photo at Four Seasons Hotel π΄ (that tree!)
