✅I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. I’d previously been for brunch—it’s quite pricey, but located on the first floor of the Westin Hotel in downtown Buffalo. The ambiance is elegant, and the service is excellent. 📷We started with a cocktail and a mocktail (called something with a hint of lavender—not only pretty in color, but also delicious!). 🍃 Octopus Tender and firm in texture, served with a tangy sauce that was so refreshing I ended up eating it by the spoonful. 🍃 Salmon A fairly standard dish—the sides included lightly seasoned vegetables. The seasoning seemed to come mainly from something resembling pickled mustard stems, 🍝 and the sauce was slightly sweet, almost like the natural sweetness of puréed beans and vegetables. A safe choice for those who prefer milder flavors. 💗 Pasta Surprisingly delicious! It had a stir-fried noodle vibe—the pasta was wonderfully al dente.
