**Restaurant in Agliana, just a 10-minute drive from Prato** **Average Cost per Person:** Around €50 😍😍😍 **Menu Options:** The restaurant offers a surprise menu for €55 per person, where you can choose between seafood and meat, and the chef will surprise you with the rest. (However, my friends and I chose to order à la carte this time, but I plan to try the surprise menu next time.) 🍽️ **Photo 2**: This is a complimentary appetizer the restaurant served. I can't remember the name, but it was quite delicious. 🍴 **Antipasto (Photo 3)**: I ordered the insalata di mare al vapore, which I highly recommend. It was filled with a variety of fresh and sweet seafood—definitely one of the best appetizers I've ever had! My friend ordered the carpaccio di gamberi rossi, which was decent but a bit ordinary. The accompanying sauce added some flavor, and the avocado ice cream on top was just okay, with a lot of ice crystals.😻😻😻 🍴 **Primo (Photo 4)**: We ordered pacchero all'aragosta (lobster pasta). The pasta was slightly undercooked and quite chunky, and the lobster meat was a bit mushy but still tasty. The only downside was that we both found it a bit too salty. 🍴 **Secondo (Photo 5)**: I had the filetto di branzino (sea bass fillet), which was perfectly grilled with a smoky aroma, served with tender and tangy-sweet tomatoes, and a piece of potato purée wrapped in potato slices. It was delicious, but we were a bit too full to finish it. My friend ordered the coscio di maialino (pork knuckle), which had a rich, slightly sweet, braised flavor. She mentioned it could get a bit greasy if you ate too much, but it paired well with the complimentary bread, which was really good. - We were the first table to arrive, and the waitstaff kindly asked if we preferred indoor or outdoor seating. The indoor area was quite nice, and since we were worried about mosquitoes, we chose to sit inside. The service was excellent; the waitstaff were very attentive and explained each dish as it was served. **Parking**: There are parking spots right in front of the restaurant, and there’s also a small parking lot across the street. **Summary**: This is a highly cost-effective restaurant, and I highly recommend it!
