💗During my business trip to Thessaloniki last May, a local client recommended several restaurants, and I chose Sebriko near my hotel - a lovely spot beside a park where I dined al fresco under the sunshine. 💗Starter: Beef Tongue Bruschetta Bruschetta of beef tongue with caramelized leek, béarnaise sauce, and onion crisps 📷An extraordinary dish where tender beef tongue met crispy bread - the textural contrast enhanced by rich sauce was utterly addictive. 💧Main: Squid Ink Spaghetti Black spaghetti with saffron cream, fennel, shrimp (head-on), crab, and scallops 👉While typical Mediterranean seafood pasta (usually 4-star), it earned an extra star for its clever preparation: ✅keeping shrimp heads for flavor while removing shells for better sauce adherence and easier eating - such thoughtful culinary detail! 🌊With a glass of white wine, the bill came to just over €30.
