Byodoin Temple 🍃

On the way to Byodoin Temple, don’t miss the chance to see the phoenix on the back of the 10,000 yen bill! 🌸🌺🌿 💴 To visit the interior of the Phoenix Hall, there is an additional entrance fee of 300 yen, mainly to see the pure wooden, gilded Amida Buddha statue. If you're not interested, you can skip the extra cost and wait, as the Kannon statue, phoenix, and wall paintings can all be found in the Fushokukan. 🏯✨ 🌸🌺🌿 After visiting Byodoin, head straight to Uji Shrine and Ujigami Shrine. You can capture beautiful photos of Uji Bridge from the Tachibana Bridge along the way. 🌉 🌸🌺🌿 📸 The shrines are quite small and can be explored in about 5 minutes.
