CA｜Visited Carmel Countless Times, Still Craving This Pasta! 🍝

Carmel has so many Italian restaurants, but as a pasta lover, I make sure to enjoy a plate of pasta every time I visit. And this restaurant’s pasta? Definitely one of my all-time favorites! 💖 📍 Portabella Ocean Ave, Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA 93921 🅿️ Street parking 💰 Around $55 per person The restaurant looks like a fairytale cottage from the outside — so dreamy! If you want to sit outdoors, it’s best to book ahead, but the indoor dining area is just as cozy and full of character. Today, I tried the Pasta alla Carbonara recommended by the server — and wow, the first bite was pure bliss! 🍴 The wide noodles held the sauce perfectly, and the rich cream sauce with crispy bacon and earthy mushrooms was absolutely heavenly. It did get a little rich toward the end, so sharing between two people is the way to go! If you love Italian pasta, definitely give this place a try — great value for the quality!
