🔥 Unbelievably delicious flame-grilled steak—certified by a tourist, Alberta beef is legit amazing 🤤 I’m definitely coming back! 🍴 The restaurant has an old-money vibe—elegant and full of charm. When I went, the tables nearby were celebrating big family birthdays. Perfect for holidays and gatherings! The servers were super friendly and chatty, making the whole experience even better. 🥩 Bone-In Rib Eye (20oz) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A MUST-ORDER! The server said it’s their most popular cut, and after one bite, I totally understood why. Rib eye has more fat, but that’s what makes it so flavorful! 🧈 The seasoning kept it from feeling heavy, and the medium-rare was perfection. Even my friend who usually avoids rare steak tried it and loved it! 🥩 T-bone (20oz) 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Another huge portion, great for sharing. We got it medium-well, but even their medium-rare isn’t too bloody, and medium-well stays juicy. The flame grill gives it a perfect charred crust while keeping the inside tender—so it pleases everyone! 🥩 Filet Mignon (8oz/12.5oz) 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Butter-soft and lean, perfect for anyone watching calories (or just wanting a solo portion).
