🍻 California | Can’t-Miss Craft Beer at The Bruery 🍺

For my last stop in Southern California, I visited the legendary craft brewery – The Bruery! 🏭 If you’re into craft beer, you probably already know this iconic spot. Even among Orange County’s famous breweries, The Bruery stands out: many brewers started here and went on to launch their own brands. From traditional Belgian styles to bold innovations like blended beers, barrel-aged brews, and wild fermentation – especially their famous barrel-aged stout “Black Tuesday” – everything reflects the brewery’s distinct character and style. You can spot The Bruery’s huge white tanks with their logo from far away while driving 🚗. Inside, the decor is classic American brewpub style, with over 30 beers on tap 🍻. The seating – both indoors and outdoors – is seriously spacious, probably the largest capacity brewery I’ve ever visited! Since I went in late January, I focused on trying their new releases from January 2025: 1️⃣ So Radler: Valencia Orange 🍊 4.5% ABV A 2025 new release – a mix of lager and orange soda. So refreshing and appetizing! 2️⃣ Riptide (West Coast Pilsner) 🌊 5% ABV Triple dry-hopped – the aroma speaks for itself! 3️⃣ Citrus Current (West Coast IPA) 🍋 5.7% ABV Collaboration with Pinthouse Brewing from Austin, Texas 🤠 4️⃣ Cluster Luck (Imperial Stout) ☕ 10.5% ABV Brewed with Fonta Flora Brewery from Nebo, North Carolina 🌄 5️⃣ Chocolate Salty BBLs (Double Imperial Stout) 🍫 18.1% ABV Incredibly rich and intense! After the tasting, I grabbed a few 750ml bottles of their stouts to go – priced between $20–40 each – to enjoy slowly back home. 🛍️ Have you been to The Bruery?
