Canberra | Wish to see more sunsets like today's
I’ve been a bit lazy in winter and haven’t taken many photos. Sunsets as beautiful as today’s are not as frequent as in summer. So how to predict the probability of a stunning sunset an hour or two before it happens? From my personal experience, simply put, start by looking at the clouds.❤️❤️❤️ 🔥🔥🔥There should be a moderate amount of mid-to-high altitude clouds, not too thick. In particular, there must be few or no low-altitude clouds. In the direction of the sunset, where the angle is relatively low, there should be no clouds. This way, when the sun is at a low angle, its rays can directly hit the lower part of the clouds. It also helps to use some apps like Alpenglow, which provides sunset probability forecasts for reference. The rest is just a matter of luck. Like today, it didn’t seem very clear a few minutes before and after sunset, but don’t lose heart. Sure enough, after waiting another ten minutes, such a beautiful sunset appeared. 📍Dairy Farmers Hill, National Arboretum Canberra #Canberra #CanberraLife #CanberraDaily #CanberraPhotography #CanberraPictures #SunsetGlow #SunsetChaser #Sunset #NikonZ9
