We had this on our last night in Canberra. Itâs an old Australian steakhouse chain. I first ate at one in Melbourne back in 2018âsame people, same chain, but after all these years, I can finally understand the menu! đ The Easter public holiday surcharge wasnât too bad, just 5 AUD per person. There used to be a branch near the casino in Melbourne, but back then I knew nothing and only ordered a steak, well-done. Iâve forgotten what it tasted like, so I wanted to post about this experience to remember it. đ Garlic bread: A bit hard, average in taste. đ„Š Broccolini: Served with almond flakes and a creamy aroma. đ„ Mashed potatoes: Super delicious, smooth and fluffy. đ Half beef ribs: Deservedly their signature dishâsweet, tender, juicy, and chewy. Theyâre my all-time favorite beef ribs. đ„© Rump Wagyu (500g): Cooked medium rare, all lean meat with no sauce.
