Memory-filled Steak đŸ„© The Meat & Wine Co

We had this on our last night in Canberra. It’s an old Australian steakhouse chain. I first ate at one in Melbourne back in 2018—same people, same chain, but after all these years, I can finally understand the menu! 😆 The Easter public holiday surcharge wasn’t too bad, just 5 AUD per person. There used to be a branch near the casino in Melbourne, but back then I knew nothing and only ordered a steak, well-done. I’ve forgotten what it tasted like, so I wanted to post about this experience to remember it. 🍞 Garlic bread: A bit hard, average in taste. đŸ„Š Broccolini: Served with almond flakes and a creamy aroma. đŸ„” Mashed potatoes: Super delicious, smooth and fluffy. 🍖 Half beef ribs: Deservedly their signature dish—sweet, tender, juicy, and chewy. They’re my all-time favorite beef ribs. đŸ„© Rump Wagyu (500g): Cooked medium rare, all lean meat with no sauce. A sprinkle of pepper and salt enhances the flavor, and the accompanying fries are . #CanberraFood #CanberraRestaurants #CanberraSteak #FragmentsOfMyLife #LifeIsAllAboutExperiences
