β° 7:00 AM β Departed Central Sydney π₯ 10:30 AM β Arrived in Canberra π³ Brunch at Mayfair Espresso (3-min walk from bus stop) Dirty Matcha Latte π Croissant was good but a bit rich π π Australian National University (ANU) (5-min walk from cafΓ©) Walk to the end of the main road β thereβs a gorgeous forest area π³πΈ Perfect for photos! ποΈ Old Bus Depot Markets (Took a taxi β affordable fare) Market is small but cozy with fair prices β οΈ Only open Sundays + closes at 2:30 PM! ποΈ Parliament House (Security check required) Free entry, no booking needed Spent about 40 mins exploring ποΈ Old Parliament House (10-min walk from New Parliament) Feels like a museum β pretty interesting! πΌοΈ National Gallery of Australia (NGA) (10-min walk from Old Parliament) Went for Monetβs Water Lilies πͺ· But the light installations were a surprise highlight! β¨πΈ β οΈ Closes at 5 PM β plan accordingly! π Took a leisurely bus back to the coach station Last bus departs at 6:00 PM π Personal take: This itinerary wasnβt too rushed β energy levels stayed high! π Didnβt have time for the War Memorial, but if itβs not Sunday, skip the market and go to the museum instead! #LifeInAustralia #SydneyWeekend #StudyAbroadLife #StudentTravel #Canberra #SydneyLife #Sydney #Australia
