It has pineapple, which adds a super unique texture—juicy with a hint of sweetness. Paired with the thick beef patty, it’s not greasy at all! 🧡 Summary: You must try the Giant Burger! It’s definitely the happy burger for ANU students. LAB - The most academically styled café 📍 Location: Kambri Centre, opposite the bookstore You’ll often see people sitting here with their laptops all afternoon, or two people sharing a coffee and chatting from day till dusk. I once tried coming here with a classmate to “chat about studies over coffee”—turns out, we scrolled through TikTok for 3 hours and then silently went home 🤣 🧡 Summary: Whether you’re here to study seriously or slack off scrolling through TikTok, LAB is the magical café for you—check it out! Badger & Co - One of the most photogenic spots on campus for “8+1” 📍 Location: On University Avenue, close to Copland Building 🌿 The entire shop exudes “Canberra’s small-town chic”—outdoor seating and green plant decorations make it super Instagram-worthy! While it serves meals and coffee during the day, its core vibe is: 8+1 drinks + chatting + taking photos. It’s not about filling up here～ Char Char - Southeast Asian food truck under the library 📍 Location: Under Chifley Building. Rich menu options and generous portions to fill you up. People who enjoy the flavors love it; those who don’t are instantly put off 👍 🧡 Summary: But following the “since we’re here” principle, it’s worth a try. Kebaba - 3-minute meal, perfect for cramming deadlines 📍 Location: Outside Chifley Library I won’t allow you to not have tried the “Kababa”! 🙅‍♀️ The beef is something special—adding BBQ sauce and sweet chili sauce is pure magic. But definitely say “less sauce”! Otherwise, it gets too greasy, and the sweet chili sauce is overly sweet. 🧡 Summary: It’s really something special—I’m a big fan. Craft Beans - Soulful pistachio latte 📍 Location: Right inside Building 155 as you walk in! This café is a bit hidden, but anyone who knows good drinks comes here. Their pistachio latte is a must-try. Every sip is pure joy 🥹 🧡 Summary: I’d drive from Gungahlin to ANU just for that pistachio latte!
