Capo Italian Restaurant with Unlimited Pasta on Wednesdays
💕I’m a real Italian cuisine enthusiast. Last year, I recorded 12 Italian restaurants in New York and 8 in Boston. This year, I’ve also tried some new ones, and I discovered Capo in South Boston. This area is bustling with vibrant young people, and Capo is quite lively but also full of vitality. 💕Every Wednesday, Capo offers a Bottomless Pasta theme, where for $32, you can order as much house-made pasta as you like from the menu. The lobster pasta requires an additional$4, so if you have a big appetite or feel like indulging, it’s worth a try. I’m noting this Italian restaurant with a great atmosphere, just based on my personal taste. 💕Rigatoni Bolognese The classic Bolognese, the meat sauce was a bit salty, but the sauce was rich and covered in cheese, making it quite satisfying to eat. 💕Sausage Cavatelli This is my personal favorite pasta dish. The saltiness is just right, the minced meat is very fragrant, and the Cavatelli has a good chew without being soft, with a texture and flavor that suit me well. 💕Shrimp Scampi Penne A fresh and natural shrimp scampi, the shrimp is a bit small, but overall, it has a creamy and lemony aroma. 💕Cacio E Pepe Similar to the Shrimp Cavatelli but less salty and lighter. Just as delicious. 💕Bucatini Carbonara You can taste a generous amount of butter and creaminess. The Carbonara is rich in milk flavor, but they didn’t include the egg yolk, which was a letdown. The taste is still good, though. #BostonLife #BostonFood #ItalianCuisine #RestaurantRecommendations #ItalianRestaurant #Pasta #ItalianPasta
