Carbone Dallas
✨Carbone first opened in New York. I think the portion sizes are reasonable for the price, and the service is great—perfect for celebrating special occasions 👌. Reservations are also easy to make. 💧The restaurant’s décor and atmosphere feature a medieval luxury style. When booking, you can choose between the dining room (dim lighting) and the standard area (brighter, located in the atrium). ⭕️ Carpaccio Piemontese – Thinly sliced raw beef, perfect with wine! The truffle oil is fragrant, and the generous scallions on top keep it from feeling heavy. ❌ Octopus Pizzaiolo – Pizza-style octopus tentacles. The octopus was undercooked, and the sauce tasted like teriyaki—not my favorite. 🍝 Caesar alla ZZ – Freshly tossed Caesar salad. Tortellini al Ragu – Meat-filled tortellini in rich ragu sauce. 🔥 Bass Alison – Salt-baked sea bass, light and flavorful. Funghi Trifolati – Garlic sautéed mushrooms—delicious! 🍞 Complimentary appetizers are generously served: Parmesan cheese, ham, pickles, and a basket of assorted bread (focaccia and garlic bread are highlights!). #DallasItalian #DallasTravel #ItalianRestaurant
