Caviar for breakfast⁉️ This brunch is just too luxurious✨
✨Finally tried this somewhat famous brunch spot in Dallas over the weekend. The overall atmosphere is very French and bourgeois. The place isn't big, but it's very exquisite, and the service is also very meticulous. 🥂This time, I ordered three signature dishes, all recommended by the waiter, and I was quite surprised: ✨Caviar & Latkes Never had such a fusion before! Crispy potato pancakes + rich sour cream, topped with luxurious caviar. One bite and it's an explosion of multiple textures, with layers of flavor and not overly greasy. 🥩Wagyu Steak Tartare Raw beef mixed with raw egg yolk, the seasoning is very delicate, not greasy but very fresh. The crunch that comes with it is perfectly toasted, it's a blessing for "raw meat lovers." 🦀Jumbo Lump Crab Cake The crab cake is very solid and doesn't fall apart. The outer skin is crispy and the accompanying sauce doesn't overpower the flavor. It's very satisfying to eat on its own! ☕️Never expected their coffee to be a letdown. Barista, if you can't do latte art, just don't... And the coffee is too sour. The espresso is even worse... It's not fragrant at all, just pure sourness. 🚗By the way, the parking in front is valet only. If you want to park yourself, you'll have to go to the plaza next door, but it's not far. 📍3215 N Fitzhugh Ave, Dallas, TX 75204 🌿With the current weather, sitting outdoors is even more charming~ #Life needs the desire to share #brunch #restaurant
