Celebrity Restaurant Hunt | Italian Omakase in Seattle for Under $100
📍 autumn seattle 💰 Average cost per person including tax and tip: $100 Hidden gem near Greenlake + I came here to try some regular Italian dishes, but ended up discovering the chef’s choice and decided to try the Italian omakase 🤩 The meal included appetizers, pasta, protein, and dessert. I informed them in advance about my preferences for no raw meat and not being fond of sweets. Overall, the dining experience was very satisfying, especially their bread which was outstanding ✨ The downside was that it was a bit heavy on the carbs 😅 My favorite appetizer was the burrata with sweet orange, an explosive combination of refreshing orange flavor and rich creaminess in the mouth. The crispy baguette 🥖 and the fresh spring mix greens were like they were just picked, juicy and delicious. The house bread served with the pasta was the MVP 🏅️ Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a rich creamy flavor. I really don’t know how they manage to make the outside so crispy while the inside is so soft. Paired with blackberry vinegar, it was incredible. The tender green beans in the pasta were truly the taste of summer, stirring the DNA of Wuxi people! The pasta shapes were quirky, and though I’m not a fan of artichoke, it wasn’t out of place. The dish was a bit salty overall. The grilled pork neck and mushrooms had a smokey flavor, and the pea puree was sweet and refreshing. It was unpretentious but still of above-average quality 🍮 The dessert was a dark chocolate cake, which they served because I mentioned not liking cold dishes or anything too sweet. Worth a try, this place is somewhere between a must-visit and a “try if you’re in the area” range. The environment is nice, and I love their open kitchen. It’s perfect for dates and girls’ nights out 🍾️ #SeattleRestaurantHunt #SeattleFood #WhatToEatInSeattle #ComeExploreWithMe #SeattleEats #SeattleCuisine #DateNightRestaurant #EatLikeALocal #EatWithLocals #SeattleDailyLife
