Charlotte, NC | The Best Chinese Food I’ve Had Here 🍚

Found this top-rated Chinese spot on Google—Sun’s Kitchen, or (Lao Sun’s) in Chinese. Wow, it was incredible! My Chinese colleague and I were over the moon—what a surprise to find such authentic Chinese food in another state on Chinese New Year’s Eve 🎉. Rave Reviews: Dry-Fried Green Beans: Perfectly cooked—crunchy, crispy, and full of flavor 🌱. Lamb Skewers: So tasty and authentic—hit the spot 🍢.Wontons: Delicious, and the soup? We slurped every drop 🍲.Fried Dough Sticks (Youtiao): Crispy outside, fluffy inside—textbook perfection 🥢.Egg Tarts: Sweetness was just right. They weren’t fresh out of the oven (a bit cool), but still (so good I almost cried) 🥧.Grilled Tofu Skin: Super tasty—crunchy and addictive 🥢✨. Not Bad, Just 9.5/10: Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings): Almost perfect—just a tiny bit undercooked. Beef Skewers: Good, but… why compare when the lamb skewers are so amazing? (Like —sometimes one star outshines the other!) We ordered all this, couldn’t finish, and paid ~$100 with tip. Totally worth it—we left happy and full! The decor is classy, and even the restrooms are nicely done. Hands down, best Chinese food in Charlotte.
