很久沒來了，今天中午再來，客人依舊絡繹不絕。

我今天是內用的。選定位子之後，高大白淨的老闆就會主動過來幫你把桌子重新擦乾淨，一邊幫你點餐，然後親切地麻煩你等一下。

整場吃下來就是不停地聽老闆宏亮但不刺耳地說 「老闆（娘）這邊請坐。」「請問您要吃什麼？」「謝謝老闆（娘）」

今天吃小涼麵+味噌貢丸湯

涼麵份量對女生來說應該滿夠，麵有涼麵的Q度但是好咬順口。小黃瓜份量也夠，在這樣炎熱🥵33度大太陽快曬傷的中午，帶來清爽的感受。醬的鹹度和濃度我認為剛好，並不會太稀，雖然吃到後來感覺變水水的，但是味道還是夠。

味噌貢丸湯剛好是我喜歡的濃度，很適合這樣炎熱的天氣，雖然是熱湯，但是不會濃到膩口，也不會淡到沒味道，就是一個剛剛好的濃度。 驚喜的是裡面的豆腐是傳統的板豆腐，有豆腐的香味，但是沒有老豆腐的燒焦味（有人愛但我不愛），吃起來有傳統的嫩和Q度，滿足。喔對了，板豆腐有邊邊角角的硬皮，但是老闆好像都挑掉了，只放裡面嫩的地方給客人吃。 再來是貢丸。貢丸有點像新竹貢丸，但是沒有那麼硬。咬下去有汁和軟Q的口感，甜味也有，讓我很想再跟老闆多點幾顆貢丸來吃。 總之我覺得好喝（話說一開始還在想味噌貢丸湯好像有點小貴，但是整個喝完見底之後我就不會再這麼想了）

Can't comment on service issues that others have mentioned as I got my order to go. The noodles were good and chewy. The sauce is not as as tangy as I generally like...
