🏮 Charlotte's Beloved Old-School Chinese Spot: Panda’s Den

If you’re craving authentic, home-style Chinese food in Charlotte, Panda’s Den is a hidden gem you can’t miss! 💎 Every dish here tastes like mom’s cooking—simple, flavorful, and made with love ❤️. Plus, it’s so affordable with huge portions—two of us ordered 4 dishes and couldn’t finish half! The whole meal was only ~$50 🤑. The owner is super friendly—asked if we were Chinese as soon as we walked in, then handed us a Chinese menu 📜. When he noticed we didn’t order veggies, he even gave us a free stir-fried eggplant 🍆—how sweet! Must-Try Dishes Sour Cabbage Stir-Fried Intestines: Tangy, spicy, and packed with crunch—intestines are clean and tender, no weird aftertaste 🐷. Small Braised Pork Sauce: Rich, savory, and perfect over rice—meat is fall-off-the-bone tender 🍚. Stir-Fried Eggplant: Soft, garlicky, and slightly sweet—best free veggie ever! Scallion Pancakes: Crispy on the outside, flaky inside—so good with the braised pork sauce 🥞. Compared to the disappointing Bao Bao I tried before, Panda’s Den is way better. No fancy “techy” seasonings—just real ingredients and solid flavors. The only downside? It’s a bit out of the way, so not many people know about it 😢. #CharlotteChinese #CharlotteNC #NCFood #HomeStyleChinese #HiddenGem #FoodieFind #CharlotteEats #NorthCarolina #PandasDen #ChineseFood #SistersTrip
