So, on a friend’s recommendation (even though she’d never been), we checked out this spot. 🥤 Drinks First My friend ordered a Matcha Highball: "Light matcha flavor, sweet, and the whiskey isn’t strong—with hints of lemon and cucumber freshness."I got my go-to Calpico (God, let Calpico flow from the faucets! 🥛). 🍢 Yakitori Time! So excited they had chicken offal—my must-haves: Chicken Hearts, Gizzards, and Skin. Glazed with sweet-savory tare sauce and sprinkled with spicy chili powder—perfect with drinks 🍻. 🍣 Sushi Showstopper Three rolls arrived together: Lion King: Crab stick inside, topped with salmon, spicy mayo, and torched to crispy perfection! Great for non-sushi lovers 🔥. Chubby Toro: Seared (but still raw!) tuna inside, covered in tuna scraps and a dash of ginger soy. The fish oil melts in your mouth—heaven! 🐟 Chef’s Special (forgot the name!): Crab stick wrapped in 3-4 types of sashimi, drizzled with yuzu vinegar—so refreshing 🍋. 📍 Verdict Fish quality is fresher than Musashi and rivals Prime Fish!
