π Charlotte NC Eats 40 | Bulla Gastrobar
Tried Bulla Gastrobar during my recent visit to Charlotte! β¨ They offer a 3-course brunch menu on weekends, but we decided to go with Γ la carte β and their small plates totally stole the show π π½οΈ Tuna Tartar βββββ So fresh and flavorful! Tender tuna topped with avocado and sweet corn, drizzled with sesame oil β served with crispy corn chips. The chips ran out before the tuna did, but they happily offered a free refill! A perfect match π₯π½ π French Toast ββββ Two thick brioche slices with blueberry compote and whipped cream. Not overly sweet, with a light caramelized aroma β a cozy brunch essential π π₯ Brunch Paella βββ Accidentally ordered this instead of the seafood paella π Loaded with bacon, spinach, and tomatoes β decent but a bit salty. Portion is HUGE, easily shareable for 3β4 people! π₯ Montaditos (Brisket) βββββ Their small plates are next level! Crispy-on-the-outside, soft-inside baguette topped with tender brisket, melted cheese, jalapeΓ±o, and tomato-orange marmalade. The marmalade was the star β sweet and tangy, balancing the richness of the beef and cheese perfectly πΆοΈπ πΏ Vibe & Service Spacious, stylish, and comfortableWalked in around 1 PM on Saturday β no wait!Food came out quickly (except the paella, which they note takes 30+ mins) π¬ Final Thoughts: Small plates = must-order! The $30/person 3-course brunch also looks like a great deal β definitely coming back to try that next time π₯ #CharlotteEats #BullaGastrobar #SpanishFood #BrunchGoals #SmallPlatesBigFlavors #CLTfoodie #NorthCarolinaEats #FoodieReview #DateNightSpot #TapasLove #EatLikeYouMeanIt
