Heard the broth and noodles at Menya Daruma are made fresh daily — so of course I had to see what the hype was about! The shop is clean, ordering is easy via QR code, and the ramen totally delivers. Only downside? Parking’s a pain — but hey, that’s just Charlotte for you. 🚗💨 🥟 Spicy Chicken Wonton – 8/10 The sauce and wontons were tasty — but $5 for just 4 pieces? A bit small, but flavorful! 😂 🍖 Tonkotsu Red – 8/10 Rich, savory broth with a mild kick. The noodles had that perfect chewy texture! I leveled up with bamboo shoots + fried tofu — highly recommend adding toppings! 🌶️ Spicy Tantan – 9/10 A ramen-ified version of Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles!
