Pig Trotter Rice: Braised trotters with savory sauceācomfort food at its finest š·. Hong Kong-style Beef Brisket Rice: My pick! Tender brisket in rich broth š². š„ Bulla Gastrobar Spanish spot near SouthParkāpaellaās a winner! Seafood Paella: Huge portion, loaded with shrimp š¦āflavorful saffron rice.
