Chengdu Taste Seattle 🌶️ | Delicious Sichuan Restaurant
100RestaurantsChallenge I’ve been in Seattle for years but never got to try this Sichuan spot until now. I’d seen so many recommendations, but since my family doesn’t eat spicy food, I never had the chance. Finally went with a friend, and it was totally worth it—the flavors were amazing! Highly recommend giving it a try. 📍 Chengdu Taste Seattle: On the King Street side, 504 5th Ave S Ste 106, Seattle. There’s paid parking around, but street parking is your best bet (cheaper!). We ordered four dishes, and two were absolute favorites: 🍜 Heartbreak Cold Noodles: 🌶️🌶️ So good, a little spicy—kind of like sour and spicy noodles. The sauce was super flavorful, and the fried soybeans added a nice crunch. Not sure how authentic it is (I’m not from Sichuan), but it totally hit the spot. 🥘 Stir-Fried Yellow Beef: 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Loved this one! My friend and I both thought it was amazing. The beef was tender, and the dish was incredibly fragrant—but seriously spicy 🥵. Not sure if you can ask for less spice, so be careful if you’re not into heat. 🍗 Boneless Spicy Chicken: 🌶️🌶️ Different from other versions I’ve tried—more like a savory and spicy popcorn chicken. Pretty tasty! 🐟 Blistered Chili Fish: 🌶️🌶️🌶️ They really don’t hold back on the chili! The fish seemed fried and came with bean sprouts. Flavor was great, but definitely packed a punch. Every dish was generously portioned, and the price was reasonable—about $35–40 per person after tax. Highly recommend pairing everything with steamed rice 🍚—it’s the perfect way to balance the spice and enjoy the meal! #Seattle #SeattleLife #SeattleDaily #SichuanCuisine #HiddenGemSichuanFood #SeattleWeekend #SeattleArea #SeattleFoodExploration #SeattleEats #SeattleTravel #AnotherSatisfyingSpicyFeast #SatisfyYourChineseCravings #InternationalStudentEats #SeattlePandaDelivery
