CHICHA San Chen in Dallas 🍵

Didn’t expect it to still be so busy months after opening! 😮 This location is part of a new plaza called Great Oasis 🏬, which already hosts a Vietnamese eatery, a Japanese shop, a craft store, and more — though many storefronts are still vacant. Next door to Chicha San Chen, Hunan Chef s coming soon 🚧 — the sign is already up and renovations are underway. There’s also a popular claw machine spot called Nova Claw nearby. It’s just a short drive from the 99 Ranch Market in Carrollton 🚗. The tea shop itself has a nice, spacious interior with appealing decor ✨. We waited about 10 minutes in a short line and tried two of their most popular tea drinks — but honestly, they were just okay 🫤. Not bad, but not memorable either. The servings are also on the smaller side. One heads-up: leaving and heading back toward 99 Ranch is a bit annoying — you can’t make a U-turn at the traffic light out front 🚦.
