Highly recommended! 🦀 Spicy Raw Marinated Crab — 5/5 Not too salty, mildly spicy, with a jelly-like texture — so good it beats NYC K-town spots! 🐙 Octopus Stone Pot Bibimbap — 5/5 No need for extra words — just delicious! Crispy rice at the bottom, and the perilla leaves were the perfect touch. Mindeulle in Chino Hills — you can order blindly here without worry. The fish roe is big and clean, the braised ribs are melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the raw crab keeps all its sweet, delicate flavor. Even the bibimbap is elevated by that unique perilla aroma.
