The joy of Christmas came with a 5-hour drive south with friends Upon arrival, we checked into the 🎄 Gustave Hôtel Colmar Dinner was at 🎄 Winstub au Cygne This restaurant is a bit of a walk but it’s all locals The next morning, the sun came out and we rushed to take photos The attractions are very concentrated The main photo spots include: 🎄 1. Maison Pfister, inspiration for Hayao Miyazaki’s movies 🎄 2. The red house Au vieux Pignon 🎄 3. The church Vieille ville de Colmar 🎄 4. The heart-shaped house Brasserie des Tanneurs 🎄 5. Little Venice at Quai de la Poissonnerie 🎄 6. The fountain Fontaine Roesselmann 🎄 7. The filming location for the Chinese restaurant Bistrot des Lavandières For French sweets, we ate at 🎄 Gilg Our friend, a French pastry master, said it was great We bought five different desserts 🍨 You must try them!
