Christmas Team Building
A DIY Craft Activity Where You Can Bring Your Own “9 Water”! Hand painting is so much fun! You don’t have to go to Emma Bridgewater; you can paint plates right in the heart of London! This year, I organized a Christmas team building event with our team leader. In the past, it was just eating and drinking, but this year we have colleagues who don’t enjoy “9 water”. After looking around, we discovered this DIY hand painting activity! You can bring your own “9 water”! Satisfying everyone’s needs 👍 You need to make a reservation! It’s almost impossible to walk in because many companies are having team building events recently. The timing was quite tight when we went because another group came right after us 🤣 The environment is great! The service is excellent! The staff’s vibe is all happy with Christmas music playing, making it lively and fun! When booking, you need to pay a £5 booking fee per person. When you arrive at the store, just give your reserved name, find your table, and then you can choose what you want to paint. The booking fee covers the use of the store’s paints and tools, but you have to buy the actual item you want to paint separately 🤣 The only downside of this place is that the items are a bit pricey; I chose a Christmas ornament ball for £26, and a colleague chose a plate for £28 🤣🤣 After painting, you leave your item with the staff, who will fire and glaze it. You can pick it up 15 days later. You also need to book a time to pick up your item; there’s a QR code in the store for scheduling. The plates can go in the dishwasher but not the microwave. The place is called Social Pottery Painting London. You can book by searching for this name on Google! Social Pottery also has a ceramic making studio where you can go and shape things yourself, which seems like a lot of fun! Both stores are near Camden Town. #BritishLife #EveryDayIsWorthRecording #London #LondonLife #LondonEvents #LondonExploring #MyCraftyLife #Christmas #LondonFun #HandPainting
