Chun Guiren Eats Through Boston 🍽️

So much good food lately—running out of space to share it all, so here are just a few highlights. Boston truly has endless delicious eats! 🥰 Peipei’s Bakery Their Thai Tea is absolutely incredible!!!! All the desserts are super tasty, and they also have pretzel bread and all kinds of sweet treats. So good—I’ll forever stan Peipei 💖 😍 Ding Ding Xiang Luosifen So fragrant! Tastes even better than the version I make at home. Next time I’ll try adding a fried egg 🍳 🧐 Zhong Xing Yuan Breakfast The food is good overall, but the first wave on weekend lunch hours involves a really long wait… Not recommended on an empty stomach if you have low blood sugar—you might actually feel dizzy 😵 Service is just okay, and last time they quietly added a tea charge 💰 That said, the leek pockets and meat pies are indeed tasty. 😍 Yunnan Weidao Rice Noodles HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Every bowl is delicious. I’ve tried the dry-tossed version, chicken broth, and small pot style—all incredibly fragrant. Went three days in a row recently! The hand-shredded chicken and chicken feet are also amazing. Seriously, go try it! 👍 🥰 Allston Seolleongtang (Ox Bone Soup) As someone who lives for soup-soaked rice, I confirm: this is excellent! Been several times already and planning to return in winter. Their set meal feels just right 👌 🥰 Thonglor Thai So aromatic! The mango sticky rice is absolutely exceptional!! The seafood tom yum is also delicious to the point of tears 🦐💛 🧐 Hao Shi Guang The food is tasty… but! Dinner without a reservation meant over an hour wait, and after sitting down each dish took nearly an hour on average to arrive ⏳ We waited until we were utterly resigned… The owner offered yogurt as an apology at the end. The sweet and sour pork and spicy chicken were indeed good, but the experience was too off-putting—won’t be going back 😔 😚 Chickadee A relatively lesser-known Mediterranean spot. Everything was delicious! Loved the squid ink rice, and the appetizers were great too. Portions are large—three of us still had leftovers to take home. Nice atmosphere, reasonably priced, and could be a good date spot 💑 😍 Senyai Thai Right next to Thonglor—I love both! Senyai has amazing braised pork trotter rice and my favorite chicken feet hot pot!! Thonglor usually gets more business, but both are absolutely worth trying!! #Boston #BostonLife #BostonFood #BostonEats #FoodDiary #EatLikeALocal
