Cincinnati|This Steak Has My Heart 🥩

Just had what might be the best steak of my life! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the rich aroma of beef—the Maillard reaction happening in the kitchen is pure art. 😋 One of the coolest features here is that you get to choose your own steak knife—each one is unique. Ladies can opt for a lighter one if preferred.💕 When ordering your main steak, the menu clearly indicates portion sizes (which are generous!). You can even ask to split one steak onto two plates. We started with deviled eggs and bread—both are house specialties.😂 The steak selection covers various cuts, each with its own character. The Wagyu is especially high-quality. Personally, I prefer thinner cuts, but it’s all about preference!👍 You can pair your steak with a variety of sauces, and after serving, the staff will encourage you to cut into it to check the doneness. If it’s not quite right, they’ll gladly cook it a bit more. For sides, we tried the Mexican-style elote (corn), loaded with spices and mixed veggies. The crab cake was also excellent—firm, meaty, and served with a surprisingly spicy sauce.
