Visited this bookstore for the second time today! The shop spans five floors, including a basement that houses a bookbinding workshop π οΈπ. On my first visit, I found some wonderful Beethoven quartet scores β a true treasure for a music lover πΌβ€οΈ. This time, I hunted down Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys series β exactly what I was hoping for π΅οΈββοΈπ. The store originally opened in 1940 and moved to its current location in 1961. The current owner β a kind gentleman β began working for the founder in 1956 and took over the bookstore in 1971, caring for it ever since π§π.
