Cincinnati Food | Forno Italian Restaurant
A wonderful Italian spot perfect for dates or group gatherings! 🍝✨ Forno has locations in both Hyde Park and Montgomery—so be sure to double-check the address when booking (a friend of ours drove to the wrong branch once 😂, though thankfully they aren’t too far apart!). We started with some fruit-forward cocktails 🍹 (can’t quite remember the names, but all were refreshing and tasty!). For appetizers: Honeycomb Tripe Stew — tender, slow-cooked, and full of flavor. A rare find and truly delicious! 😋 Grilled Octopus 🐙 — incredibly tender, served with perfectly seasoned potatoes. Chicken Liver Pâté with Bread — rich and savory without being overly strong, a must-try if you enjoy organ meats! Mains we shared: Braised Beef — fall-apart tender and deeply flavorful. Breaded Pork Chop — crispy, juicy, and HUGE in portion! Pan-Seared Cod 🐟 — light and delicate, though the veggies underneath were a bit oily (still tasty!). We even ordered an extra basket of bread to soak up every last bit of that amazing tripe sauce! 🥖💦 Too full for dessert this time—saving that for next visit! 😄 📍 Location we visited: 9415 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45242 #ItalianCuisine #RestaurantRecommendation #Cincinnati #CincinnatiEats #DateNight #GroupDining #FoodieAdventure 🥂🇮🇹🍷
