Cincinnati Japanese Fusion | E+O Kitchen - Hyde Park šŸ£

Address: 3520 Edwards Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45208 The restaurant has a great ambiance, beautifully presented dishes, and—side note—the staff are also very good-looking! šŸ˜„ Though labeled as Japanese, the menu is fully in English and even includes burgers—definitely a fusion spot. šŸ¹ They offer non-alcoholic drinks—I tried the Lemon Kind, which was refreshing and delicious! šŸ¤ For appetizers, we ordered the Shrimp Ceviche. The chips were slightly over-fried, but the ceviche seasoning was on point! šŸ£ We randomly picked two sushi rolls: Rainbow Roll: The rice was barely noticeable (in a good way!). Another recommended roll (name forgotten šŸ˜…) that my husband chose—it was even tastier! šŸ„— The standout dish was the Crispy Brussels Sprouts & Kale Salad! I’ve tried cooking Brussels sprouts myself many times, but they always turned bitter. Here, the dressing was perfectly balanced—zero bitterness! It disappeared from the table instantly. From drinks to dishes, we enjoyed everything we ordered blindly—no regrets! Will definitely return on my next trip to Cincinnati. šŸØ By the way, just a short walk away is Graeter’s Ice Cream, an Ohio-exclusive ice cream shop. If you have room left after the meal, don’t miss it! #CincinnatiFood #Ohio #JapaneseFusion #Foodie #HydePark #CincinnatiEats #Sushi #FoodReview šŸ±āœØ
