I took advantage of the weekend to explore the city center and made sure to head back before dark (downtown can feel a bit uneasy after sunset). Outside, you’ll find a statue of Dirk Nowitzki, along with “Nowitzki Way” and “Victory Avenue” — a basketball fan’s delight 🏀. Giant Eyeball – A large eye sculpture on a CBD lawn (love it or not, it’s iconic!).
