This was our second visit, and it solidified why we keep returning: the ideal location (walkable to shopping and consistently safe), an impressive selection of spacious suite rooms (the best value for space we’ve found), and service that makes you feel truly welcomed. A special mention goes to Kiara at the front desk—she didn’t just do her job; she elevated our entire stay. From proactively offering essentials like shower caps to remembering not just our names, but even our dog’s, her attention to detail was unforgettable. She was also wonderfully transparent about upgrade options, which we truly appreciated. Before we even arrived, Caleb provided excellent support in arranging an extra fridge for our room. And at the hotel’s dining spot, Hideout, Nino and Jose made every meal personal by remembering our names and favorite orders.
