Coconut Chicken Hot Pot — with Bamboo Fungus or Papaya? 🥥

I’d saved this spot for a while after seeing it online — finally went today! When I checked the rating and saw the English name… I was a bit skeptical 😅 But a friend who’d tried it said the flavor was pretty good. After going, I — an out‑of‑towner — think it’s tasty! And for the price, as long as you can eat, it’s a pretty good deal. The hot pot is buffet‑style — you grab veggies from the bar, and the restaurant brings unlimited meat: chicken, beef, lamb, shrimp balls, meatballs, etc. 🍲🥩 Next door is Kiki Bakery, so I grabbed my favorite earl grey panna cotta on the way — sweet! During the meal, I noticed they’d added egg tarts and sesame balls to the buffet bar. Later, rushing to see Zootopia 2, I passed the entrance and realized hot pot customers also get free ice cream… Sadly, I missed that part 😢 Everyone left stuffed and happy! 💰 After tax & tip: ~$50 per person 📍 HK Dim Sum 13200 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133 #SeattleEats #SeattleWeekend #SeattleLife #FoodReview #SeattleHotPot #CoconutChicken #AllYouCanEat #SeattleFoodie #EatTillYouDrop
